I feel good taking a squirk of turmeric in the morning!

I noticed a different when I stopped using it daily in the morning. I feel like I’m retaining water and soreness from activity and workout out is. A bit more intense.

My favourite shot to take every morning - makes me feel so much better throughtout the day

I am in my 60's and have been plagued with inflammation & arthritic pain. After taking a few shots I noticed a definite decrease in joint, leg, hand pain (virtually non-existent). I ran out of the turmeric shots and was a little tardy in re-ordering and as time went on without having any shots the pain and inflammation re-appeared. Today my order arrived and the first thing I did was open the box to take my shot!
